All membership registrants are able to update their mebership info after logging in.

We collect and retain all registered members contact information. Your contact info is used by ArtDesign it's consultants or Artist for project follow-ups and updates. You may also be contacted to inform you of gallery or service specials as they occur.

We share information where legally required. Information collected on our Sites is stored in whole or in part in the United States, and may be subject to U.S. law. We may disclose and transfer information if our business is sold or acquired.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and ArtDesign and/or it's working affiliates, Artists, or sub-contractors. Each time that You use this web site or any of the Services You accept the Terms stated here.

This ArtDesign web site includes a variety of features and services, including an on-line gallery which registered members have access to.

A 50% deposit is required ON ALL Service Orders and payable at the time of ordering before your project can be scheduled. Balances are due upon project completion before delivery. Payment MUST be in USD by check or money order drawn from a Major U.S. Bank and cash-able at a Major U.S. Bank. Customer approves to the "Terms and Conditions" of this agreement by FAXing his or her signed estimate form to place an order.

In the event of customer cancellation of a project or service(s), customer agrees to make prompt payment for all services performed up to the date of cancellation. All original materials up to that point remains the property of ArtDesign. In the event of customer cancellation of a Mural Assignment customer agrees to pay 20% cancellation fee.

There is a no refund policy. Items damaged by UPS delivery are refundable only if returned 30 days from the date of purchase. The purchaser must pay for return all shipping exspenses.

By visiting the website, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us relating to the use of this website. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to or use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such court.

All Website Content is our property or the property of our Artists and is protected by international copyright laws. The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product. Illegal use of art from this web site will prompt legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Customer assumes all liability for submitted art, copy and ideas to ArtDesign for designing or the creation of customer requested materials. In no event shall ArtDesign be liable for any copyright infringements from Artists, customer submitted art or copy, or any other damages resulting from client submitted materials.
