Terms of Use:
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and ArtDesign and/or it's working affiliates, Artists, or sub-contractors. Each time that You use this web site or any of the Services You accept the Terms stated here.
This ArtDesign web site includes a variety of features and services, including an on-line gallery which registered members have access to.
Ordering Services:
A 50% deposit is required ON ALL Service Orders and payable at the time of ordering before your project can be scheduled. Balances are due upon project completion before delivery. Payment MUST be in USD by check or money order drawn from a Major U.S. Bank and cash-able at a Major U.S. Bank. Customer approves to the "Terms and Conditions" of this agreement by FAXing his or her signed estimate form to place an order.
Cancellation:
In the event of customer cancellation of a project or service(s), customer agrees to make prompt payment for all services performed up to the date of cancellation. All original materials up to that point remains the property of ArtDesign. In the event of customer cancellation of a Mural Assignment customer agrees to pay 20% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy:
There is a no refund policy. Items damaged by UPS delivery are refundable only if returned 30 days from the date of purchase. The purchaser must pay for return all shipping exspenses.
